Like most CPAP users of several years duration, I have tried several models, seeking to get the most comfort, convenience, best seal/fit, and least interference with side sleeping. I have been using ResMed Quattro for the past 2 months and it is fitting the bill. It does not interfere with sight and is light in weight/bulk. The gel gasket has a slight rough surface to it, which seems to have more “grabbiness” to my face, and it is made of more substantial material than the smooth surfaced ones. Also, the gel pad is permanently attached to the plastic face part and so there are no possible gaps between the two parts, which is problematic with other models.

I got my Airmini 4 days ago and have been using it every night since. The machine is quiet and my wife has no complaints. The HumidX is a joke and gives no humidity, but the machine is nice and small, and light. I bought an aftermarket hose adapter on amazon so I can use my Brevida mask with my machine and I have had no problems. Seems that I can use the machine without humidity and I wake up without dry mouth and/or dry nasal cavities. Looking forward to using it on my trip to Israel and sleeping on the plane comfortably.
